My personal interests

I read a lot of non-fiction books to continue my psychological development - with a slight preference for everything related to love. If I could choose a superpower, it would be to 'download' books without reading them because there are so many good books and so little time.

I also spend a lot of time at the gym. Everything related to mental and physical health fascinates me. Furthermore, I am spiritual but have my feet firmly on the ground. So right before going to sleep, I'll do a breathwork session and the next day sing my heart out at a random karaoke bar.

I assist them in the process of awareness and personal growth. Common themes include: thirties dilemmas, career questions, fear of abandonment, fear of commitment, attachment issues, restoring connection within (romantic) relationships, and reconnecting the mind/body.

Great Coaching tools

Integrative Counseling & Coaching. I find systemic tools such as Voice Dialogue very helpful. But I am also a big fan of body-oriented exercises or exercises that help us delve deeper into the subconscious.

Often, the solution to our problems is hidden in our bodies and not in our heads.

My Vision

Development never stops. There are always new studies or insights regarding existing themes. I like to stay informed about new perspectives, but I don't take everything at face value. Let go of what doesn't suit me and integrate what I do believe in. I encourage this in the clients I guide as well. Ultimately, you are your best teacher. I am only here to guide you to the right answers.
