This is received by the managers as part of the Employee Benefit Program.
Together we develop a customized plan based on a Mental Resilience scan and select the most suitable coach, counselor, or therapist for your team.
We take care of everything as soon as we start with a selected group of managers, where all appointments are scheduled, the location is arranged, whether in-company or on-site, and the sessions can take place.
The Company Coach maintains interim and follow-up contact with you as a company and the managers.
At The Company Coach, we offer various working forms and locations. We enjoy collaborating in the beautiful, serene, and easily accessible locations of Stories Spaces.

The Company Coach Personal Member Cards are purchased for the leaders in consultation with The Company Coach based on a quotation. Our member cards starts at € 1499,- per card excluding VAT, for 6 sessions.
It is a tailored investment in leadership that works more sustainably and deeply than, for example, team coaching & has a greater impact on the leadership of the manager alone. The team and the company also experience a positive change.
